Bluetooth

I have a 8703e and a Motorola H710 headset. My bluetooth was working and now it does not. I have called several different people regarding this and nothing has worked. Bell told me to send the Motorola back for warrantee. I replaced it and it still does not work. I can pair the devices but the 8703e does not show that it is paired. When I close them unit the blackberry says the connection has been lost. If I make a call the headset does not work. Help me please. ...
