I disconnect cable that were inside device and after I reconnect it I see error " printing unavailable " every time I switch on my appliance. I tried to solve the problem in the way is on manual,so I turned of and turned on again,but this error is still and I can't use my device....

There is a bold black line going through each page automatically copied or scanned. If I copy each page manually, it does not appear. I have tried sliding the blue button on the print cartridge back and forth as suggested, but this has not cured the problem....
