how do I stop the `intense' feature starting on it's own during the 32minute programme - I've tried turning pushing the button to deactivate it but this doesn't work - in the end I have to switch the machine off and select the rinse programme, it doesn't always do it, think it's something to do with the Smart Activa Sensor. Anyone know how to stop it or move the programme on?...

The pressure on/off switch went into the console when I pushed it in to stat the machine. How can I get cover off the console to fix it?...
