Natural gas or propane

I purchased a DCS RGS-366 range that was a few years old but had never been installed. Now I find out that they are sent from the factory as natural gas or propane and can't be converted. How do I tell which I have? The company help line was not helpfull. I gave them the serial number and model and they could not tell me if NG or LP. They said try to find a label that might be on the range indicating NG or LP. I can't find any label indicating this....
