DVD HAS SOUND BUT NO PICTURE. SHOWS THE MENU BUT WILL NOT SHOW THE PICTURE. IT DOES PICK UP THE SOUND OFF OF THE MOVIE...

player only plays dvds in black andwhite

menus and backlight is in color but the dvdxs only play in black and white. is there a quick fix for it....
