regarding form

Sir Wit due resepct that i am using windows 2003 server operating system. and the Printer is LX 300+,I want change lenght & width paper (on Custom Option) with my program. I went control pannet>pritner & Faxes> select ePson lx printer> server properties> and create a new form with size 10*5 cm. in metric. But on printing preference of epson lx 300II it does not show that form. Pls solve this question and do needful urgent. ...
