My father use to make Barbeque ribs that were out of this world. The meat fell off the bone. He use a marinade of Honey and soy sauce. It was a recipe he got from the Hasty Bake manual...from the 50's or 60's. It would take him 4 hours to cook the ribs because they were cooked over indirect heat.
