back pressure

Hi, my Karcher 720 mx which is a great tool is giving me a little trouble, two problem have occurred, 1, continues to run after awhile when trigger has been released, 2, The new problem, when trigger is released high pressure water come out of the low pressure inlet housing between that and the pump head what parts do I need to cure its illness, many thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this wet and troublesome problem Hugh....x ...
