Rake fails to finish cycle

I just finished cleaning my lm 500. The rake moved to the full forward position when i plugged it back in and failed to return. isn't there a re set switch in there somwhere that i can try to use to get it back in normal operation....

cable does not retract

the cable does not retract and their is a piece loose inside the top of the unit. I think it is the part that travels pulling the cable back. How do I fix this?...
