Locked prints not locked

Am locking prints with a keycode when printing but they are just printing straight off. The printer used to be set so that we had to input the code when we went to the printer as I deal with a lot of confidential information. Any ideas which setting it is on these that changes this? i have the config page printed out but dont know which option to change...
