Parental Controls on Cell phone

I will try to make this short. I bought a Sanyo-3200 sprint phone for my son off of e-bay. Well, he can't get onto the web from his phone because the parental controls are locked. I contacted the seller and he doesn't know the passcode and I have also taken it to sprint and they can't help me either. We have the everything plan and he wants to be able to get on the web like the rest of us, can anyone please help me?...

Configuracion Sanyo SCP-8100

hola, espero alguien me pueda ayudar a saber como configurar un sanyo de este modelo para que se establezcan los parametros de otra compañia, por ejemplo esta en sprint (EU) y deseo activarlo en Iusacell (Mexico) espero me pueda alguien...
