my scotsman dce33 under counter ice machine is not making ice. last night i heard ice dropping but this evening there was 4'' of water in the bottom of my bin....

Scotsman DCE33 no ice production

Have a new DCE33 it freezes, water enters machine, timer advances, drain works but no ice. Water does not spray from nozzles it flows about 3/4 inch flow. If I pour water into reservoir it sprays nicely and produces ice for maybe 2 cycles then no ice....

no ice

timer switches over and hot gas vave energizes before there is any ice ...
